Directions:

Remove stem from tomatoes. Place
tomatoes stem-side down on cutting board and cut a thin slice off
top. With a small spoon, scoop out and discard pulp. Invert tomatoes
on paper towels and let drain for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, dice bacon,
fry until crisp. Drain and cool on paper towels. In medium bowl, mix
crumbled bacon, onions and mayonnaise. Fill tomatoes with bacon
mixture and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Serves 6-8
