Beer Bread

(served at a DOK Advent Get-Together)

 

Ingredients:

 

3 cups self-rising flour

6 T. sugar

1 can of beer at room temperature

1/2 stick of butter

 

Directions:

 

Mix together first three ingredients and put in loaf pan (sprayed with Pam).  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.  Remove from oven and pour 1/2 stick of melted butter over the loaf.  Return it to the oven for 15 more minutes.
