Combine all ingredients
and mix by hand. Do not use mixer. Put batter in greased
and floured 9/13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Ice while hot from oven.
Icing Ingredients:
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans (chopped)
Directions:
Mix cheese and margarine; add remaining
ingredients. Icing will be thick. Pour onto hot cake and
spread. Sprinkle nuts over top. Refrigerate when cool.
Best left overnight.
