2 Whole Racks Baby-back Pork Ribs,
Liquid Smoke (found in condiment isle), Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Pepper
(optional), Salt, & Favorite BBQ Sauce (I use Masterpiece Original
Flavor)
Directions:
Time for cooking: 3 1/2 hours
Servings: 4 to 6
Pre-heat oven to 275 degrees. Place ribs on a metal rack in a large
pan with an inch of water. Douse ribs with liquid smoke, pepper &
salt. Cover with foil, and place in oven for 3 hours. Place on hot
grill with sauce about 5 minutes a side until sauce sticks.
