Lay out frozen fruit to thaw; cut
up into large pieces.
Open two cans of pineapple and pour all
the juice into a stainless serving bowl and set pineapple aside.
Discard mandarin orange juice and set oranges aside. Cut up
two apples into bite sized pieces and set aside.
With a whisk, blend two packages of
vanilla pudding into the pineapple Juice and mix until smooth.
Combine all the fruit into the
juice/pudding, mix well and serve.
