Fruit Salad

(served at our Sunday Breakfast)

 

Ingredients:

 

6 lb. bag of frozen mixed fruit

2 - 20 oz can of Pineapple Chunks

2 - Instant Vanilla Pudding (1 oz package)

2 - 11 oz can of mandarin orange slices

2 - Apples

 

Directions:

 

Lay out  frozen fruit to thaw; cut up into large pieces.

Open two cans of pineapple and pour all the juice into a stainless serving bowl and set pineapple aside.  Discard mandarin orange juice and set oranges aside.  Cut up two apples into bite sized pieces and set aside.

 

With a whisk, blend two packages of vanilla pudding into the pineapple Juice and mix until smooth.

 

Combine all the fruit into the juice/pudding, mix well and serve.
