Japanese Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

 

1 10-oz can chicken
4 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 small bag sliced almonds
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
 

1 pkg. ramen noodles, crunched
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup rice wine, or white vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
3-5 Tbsp sugar

Directions:

 

Saute sesame seeds and ramen noodles in 2 Tbsp oil until brown. Combine with cabbage, onion, chicken, and almonds. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing.
 

I usually cook my own chicken breast rather than using the canned chicken.
 

Serves 8-10
