THIS WEEKEND ...

THERE WILL BE NO BREAKFAST ON EASTER SUNDAY so that everyone will be able to enjoy brunch / lunch with family and friends. Coffee and muffins will be available in the lobby of Burtenshaw Hall.

NFCC needs cereal! Thanks so much for your recent, generous donations of dry beans. NFCC’s food pantry is now in need of dry cereal for the clients it serves. Regular size boxes are the best and any sort of cereal is good—Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, Raisin Bran, Special K, Smart Start or your favorite brand. This week when you are at the grocery, pick up a couple extra boxes for the food pantry and place them in the basket in the Narthex. We’ll deliver them post haste! (If you include a box or package of dry milk, you’ll get an extra star in your halo!!)

New Easter Altar Hanging and Vestments

Sunday we will dedicate the new set of Easter Altar Hangings and Clergy Vestments. Like the new ones for Advent, these for Easter were designed and made by our own parishioners: Aniela Jablonski, Nancy Langdon, Harmony Kiser, Martha Myers, Betsy Laundon, LaClare Moquin, and Bobbe Frank. Thank you for your gifts of time and talent—and for the beautiful, sacred gift to our life together.

Graduating High School Seniors (Not just EYCers!)

In our effort to prepare for Youth Sunday, May 4th, please submit 5 pictures of you to the church. Please put your name on the back of the pictures and put them in an envelope in the EYC box in the church office. These pictures will be returned to you. One must be a recent photo (like your senior yearbook picture) and one needs to be a baby picture. The other three are your choice. These must be submitted by April 6th. You do not need to be an EYC member to participate in Youth Sunday. If you have any questions, please see Katie or Bethany at 770-364-4233 for details.
