Online
AccessACS
“My Profile”
Instructions:
This on-line tool lets you connect with
St. Aidan’s in an individual and personalized way. We are ready for
members of the parish to start learning this new tool.
-
Click on the ”Member
Login” below. You will be taken to the
St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church login
page to enter your user name and password.
-
New users will need to click on
Need A Login?. You then need to
enter your name and e-mail address exactly as on file in the church
office. Click on Find Me
in the purple box. Once submitted by clicking on
Register, you will receive an
email with your user name and temporary password to enter
AccessACS.
-
With your user name and password, you
may sign in (though the first time you will need to create your own
password) reaching a page called My
Overview. Across the top are headings:
Home and
Directories. Let’s focus on “Home”
for now.
-
Under the "I Want to View" heading,
click on My Complete Profile to
view your Contact Info and your
Personal Info.
To gain familiarity with AccessACS,
we suggest that you first work with the information about you and
your family as it comes from the St. Aidan’s database. You are
encouraged to edit the information that is there, updating or
altering it as appropriate. When you submit changes, they go to
Kori Baker, Parish Secretary, and you will receive confirmation
that changes have been made. Note that at the top of the page is a
menu to Report a Problem.
Clicking there will bring up an email box to Donna Jones who can
also respond by email.
We encourage you to look through the
rest of My Overview page and to
explore other pages within AccessACS.
In subsequent communication, we will guide you to use some of the
other features available in the new connections tool.

Clicking on the above link will take to the secure
AccessACS
website.
