In 2007, St. Aidan's sent
its first mission team to Honduras to work for the Latin America
Missionary and Bible (LAMB) Institute in the impoverished capital city of
Tegucigalpa. LAMB ministers to neglected and abandoned children, providing
a safe, nurturing environment, balanced meals, clothing, recreation and
tutoring. The 2007 St. Aidan's mission team worked with members of other
local parishes on construction of two adobe cottages at LAMB’s residential
children’s home in San Buenaventura.
