How To: Visit Dogwood Square
Dogwood Square is a retirement home located in Alpharetta which houses quite a number of elderly and infirmed persons. Pack 1459 has a close relationship with this group of people, and we try to make certain that a month doesn't go by without a den showing up to spend some time with these folks. They really look forward to the visits.
Location: Turn off of Hwy 9 just across the street from Dairy Queen. This road takes you to a 4-story building...it's on the only thing back there.

Christmas
During the Christmas holiday, the entire Pack of boys tries to show up to celebrate the season and share a little joy.
Supplies:
- Each scout should bring a snack to share. Be mindful that many of these older persons may be diabetic, so at least some of the snacks should be free of sugar.
- Plates and napkins
- Bring a few types of juices
- Cups
- Plenty of copies of Christmas Songs. These can be found here
