Parents and Scouts Information
Our Principles
Pack 1459's leadership is guided by the BSA Guide to Safe Scouting.
Special Achievements
- The BSA Family Activity Program encourages family participation in scouting functions, and provides a special patch for activity in this program. Click here for information about this program.
- A Cub Scout that is involved in outdoor activities at a Den or Pack level stands a good chance of being able to earn this pocket flag patch. Click here for informaton about the Outdoor Activity Award.
- The Cub Scout Sports and Academics program encourages accomplishments in many sporting and academic areas, and rewards this effort with belt loops and pins. Every Cub Scout wants a loop-laden belt! Check with your Den Leader for more information, or click here.
Forms Galore...
- Class 1 and 2 Medical Forms are required for every scout, sibling and parent that take part in a Pack trip. BSA rules stipulate that there can be no exceptions...therefore, our policy is "No Form...No Fun". Click here for these forms.
- A Class 3 Medical Form may be required for more agressive activities. Your trip organizer will let you know if you need a Class 3 form. Click here for this form.
