Hunger Walk The Hunger Walk benefits the Atlanta Community Food Bank, which has helped more than 775,000 children, seniors and families in crisis with food in the past year. The Atlanta Community Food Bank (ACFB) procures and distributes over 60 million pounds of food and grocery products to more than 600 nonprofit partner agencies with food assistance programs across 29 metropolitan Atlanta and north Georgia counties. Family Ministries

Families are the cornerstone of St. Aidan’s. One of the many ways we support our families is through our Children’s Ministry and Youth Ministry.  St. Aidan’s Children’s Ministry Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Worship Committee The Worship Committee comprises the rector, the deacon, the vergers, and the chairpersons for the following ministries: Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors/Intercessors, Acolytes, Altar Guild, Flower Guild, Music, and Ushers. Pastoral Care

Pastoral Care The Pastoral Care Ministry exists to meet parishioner’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Our Pastoral Care team members come from many backgrounds, including an EMT, two registered nurses and a Physical Therapist. The Pastoral Care team is prepared to help with child care, medical support in explaining tests, giving shots, taking blood pressure, etc., home visits, and visits with therapy dogs. Spiritual Ministries

Daughters of the King The Daughters of the King is a spiritual sisterhood of women dedicated to a life of Prayer, Service and Evangelism. The Lady of Walsingham Chapter at St. Aidan’s was founded in 1999 and is a strong and active chapter with over 40 members. Parish Affairs

Buildings & Grounds From roof to windows to HVAC, something always needs painting, fixing & attention!  While St. Aidan’s has professional help for most of our systems, we always need folks to volunteer on an “as needed” basis for various projects. The Memorial Garden is a beautiful, sacred, designated area for the interment of ash remains, reflections, and visitation.  The Memorial Garden is lovingly managed by the Memorial Garden Committee, with activities including documentation, placement of markers and spring beautification. Fellowship

Foyer Groups Foyer Groups are a social gathering that allow parishioners to get to know one another better in an informal setting.  Throughout the year, each foyer group meets in members’ homes for dinner on a rotating basis.  The hosting party provides the main dish, while other members bring side dishes.  Conversation, laughter & friendship ensue!
