Saturday, March 30, 8:30am-12noon, Burtenshaw Hall Contemplative Outreach of Atlanta & St. Aidan’s invite you to a rewarding morning of silent prayer. Registration at 8:30am followed by snacks and fellowship; prayer program begins at 9:00am. April 13, 10-11am, Burtenshaw Hall The St. Aidan’s Chapter of the Order of the Daughters of the King invite women of all ages as we serve in Christian fellowship and fold palm leaves into Palm Crosses to celebrate Palm Sunday and the entrance of Jesus into Jerusalem. Psalms are distributed on Palm Sunday in remembrance of the Christians who waved them and carpeted Jesus path with them. Palm Sunday is our Christian feast on the Sunday before Easter. Please…

Sunday, March 24, following the 11am service Gibbs Gardens Trip—Let’s wander through the   gardens, see the daffodils, lunch at the cafe, and take the tram to see as much as we can. Our rain date is March 31. Gardens are located at 1987 Gibbs Dr. in Ballground, GA. Cost is $18 for seniors and $50 if you want to buy a season pass. This year St. Aidan’s celebrates 25 years of ministry to the greater Milton/Alpharetta community. We would like to begin with a celebration on April 7 and are seeking volunteers for a committee to plan the festivities throughout the year. 12noon | Wednesday, March 13 & 27, April 10 | BH 6:30pm | Wednesday, March 20 & April 3 | BH Our popular Lenten series returns; this year with evening opportunities as well as noonday. We are looking for volunteers to bring soup & bread, as well as be a presenter. A signup sheet is in the Narthex. The hour-long program will include a question & answer session and will be an opportunity to hear from parishioners of St. Aidan’s. 

RESPECT Class Update

Beginning Sunday, March 3, the R.E.S.P.E.C.T. Sunday School Class will begin discussions of Executing Grace, How the Death Penalty Killed Jesus and Why It’s Killing Us, by Shane Claiborne (Chapters 1-3). Bryan Stevenson, author of Just Mercy says: “This compelling and thoughtful book is a must-read for people of faith…and anyone serious about grace and mercy.” All are welcome.

Honduras Mission Trip
