Sunday School

Sunday School

Sunday school for children 3 months-5th grade is offered Sunday mornings from 10:00-10:45am in the preschool classrooms, located on the lower level of the parish hall building.

Sunday School at St. Aidan’s is FUN! Our teachers incorporate storytelling, crafts and play in every lesson. We work hard to create a safe, loving environment that teaches children about God’s love through dynamic, engaging experiences your children will treasure.

Visitors and newcomers are welcome to join Sunday School at any time! If you anticipate your child will join Sunday School regularly, please complete a Sunday School registration form. This allows us to plan for materials, snacks, etc.

Creation Class-for children 3 months – PreK –  The Creation Class introduces our youngest parishioners to the wonders of God’s love through stories, crafts, songs and the Lord’s Prayer.

Lower Elementary (Kindergarten-2nd grade) –   This class helps children gain religious language and enhance their spiritual experience through play and wonder. When these teachers are telling Bible stories, the children are so quiet you can hear a pin drop!

Upper Elementary (3rd grade-5th grade)

Please be sure to walk your child to their classroom each week and pick them up from the classroom promptly at 10:45a.

Middle and High Schoolers

Sunday School is offered for teens in grades 6-8 and grades 9-12 from 10:00 to 10:45a.m. for a life-oriented, Scripture-based Sunday School class.

Visitors and newcomers are welcome to join Sunday School at any time! If you anticipate your child will join Sunday School regularly, please complete a Sunday School registration form. This allows us to plan for materials, snacks, etc.

Jr. High Sunday School

Through lessons, speakers, and outreach we explore ways that we can be Christ’s hands and feet, spreading His message of love — by being the Church in our individual worlds.

Sr. High Sunday School

Is it possible to see Jesus without all the cliches…see Jesus tangibly and in detail, as those first folks on the streets of Israel saw him…dirty feet and all? What did he do? What did he say? What was he really like?” As a group expect open, transparent discussion as we explore the reality of Jesus as a man as well as God.

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL
