Funerals at St. Aidan’s

When the death of a member of the parish occurs, please contact Father Reggie or the St. Aidan’s church office as soon as possible. Arrangements for funerals are made by the family, clergy, and church in consultation with the funeral home chosen by the family. Dates and times for funerals must be approved by church staff prior to announcements in newspapers.

Father Reggie will work with the family to schedule a time to plan the funeral. Funeral planning includes the Director of Music Ministries and the Parish Administrator, both of whom will work with the family to accommodate schedule and music requests.

The Joseph of Arimathea Guild works with the family as part of the funeral planning process to host a reception in Burtenshaw Hall, manage setup, cleanup, and support decorating the Parish Hall with items to memorialize your loved one.

If you have an immediate need for funeral planning, please contact the church office at 770-521-0207 for the most prompt response. Otherwise, please connect with a member of our team by completing the form below. We will be back in touch as soon as possible with a response.
